Daniel Duffy

Artist, Daniel Duffy, received his Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Carnegie Mellon University. After receiving his BFA, he accepted an illustrator’s position at the American Museum of Natural History in New York City.

Daniel’s extraordinary painting talents have brought him commissions from many corridors. He has worked with architects, designers, and corporations, while his portraits have brought clients from the finest universities in America, including Yale and New York University. Just this summer Daniel was awarded a highly prestigious commission to paint five portraits of the most recent directors of HUD [Department of Housing and Urban Development].

Daniel’s publishing credits include illustrations for numerous award winning young adult and children’s books, such as, The Boxcar Kids and The Dinosaur Detectives.

Daniel exhibits his work throughout Europe and North America.
